The Clerk made a correction in the Schedule of amendments made by the Council:
Original Amendment 10 of the Schedule to the Bill has been moved to before original Amendment 5 and the insertion reference in the Amendment has changed from “Clause 3, page 4, after line 27 insert—” to “Clause 3, after line 32 insert—“.
This change ensures that the new definition being inserted will appear alphabetically in the definitions list, as opposed to at the end of the definition list.
