Ms Purcell moved, by leave, That Standing Orders be suspended to the extent necessary to provide that it be an instruction to the Committee that they have the power to consider amendments and New Clauses to amend the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 to provide that that Act does not prevent the placement and burial of animal remains in places of interment.
