The Clerk of the Parliaments corrected a clerical error in Council amendment No 6 which inserts a clause adding new section 171AAA. New subsection 171AAA(a) refers to the ‘Magistrates’ Court 1989’. She has inserted the word ‘Act’ between ‘Court’ and ‘1989’.
