Under Standing Order 14.34, the Clerk of the Legislative Council made corrections in the Schedule of amendments as follows:
Amendment No. 21 in the Schedule of amendments inserts new section 620C into the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. The original amendment had two sub-section (3)’s. The second (3) and the remaining sub-sections in that new section have been renumbered accordingly.
Amendment No. 30 in the Schedule inserts a New Part. A single quote has been inserted at the end of inserted Part 17.3A heading to ensure the text from that amendment is inserted in the correct place.
